PCM Consultants Trains Dommestic Workers in Communication Skills

On 8th and 15th May 2011 PMC Consultants conducted a communication skills seminar for domestic workers in Zomba.

The workshop which was titled Effective Skills for Domestic workers was organised after PCM research revealed that poor communication skills are one of the greatest challenges facing both novice and veteran domestic workers in the city.

Participants described the seminar as enlightening while household owners who enrolled their workers felt that the seminar was a rare opportunity to motivate the workers and to polish their communication skills.

PCM consultants has plans to conduct the seminar in other cities of the country.
